Picnic Setting (On Location)

Our picnic settings are carefully chosen to offer you the best views and ambiance in Hvar. Enjoy a unique dining experience in nature.

What is included?

Full picnic setup, including:

  • Decorative blankets, cushions, and umbrellas.
  • Styled table settings
  • A selection of food and soft drinks (see options below).
  • Coordination of the location (beach, vineyard, lavender field, olive grove, etc.).

Price: Starting at €70 per person (basic setting, Gdinj area)*

Extras (Optional):

  1. Photographer to capture the moment: +€70/hour.
  2. Custom decorations (balloons, flowers): POA
  3. Sunset timing setup: +€25.   

Food Options Example:

Cheese platter, Charcuterie, Sandwiches, Salad, Tempura Sage, Summer salad, Cheese Pie, Homemade Sourdough Bread, Foccacia, Fruit, Dessert

 

Drinks:

    Picnic Experience Pricing & Customization

    Our picnic setup service is designed to offer a seamless, luxurious, and unforgettable outdoor experience. Pricing is based on location, accessibility, and any special requests you may have.

     

    Basic Price – Gdinj Area (Standard Locations)
    The starting price applies to locations within Gdinj and its surroundings, where our farm is based.
    These locations are easily accessible, allowing us to set up without extra travel time, difficult terrain, or additional logistics.

     

    Additional Costs for Other Locations
    If you’d like your picnic set up at a different location further from Gdinj, additional fees may apply based on:

    Distance – The further we need to travel, the higher the cost.
    Accessibility – Remote locations that require hiking, boat transport, or carrying equipment through difficult terrain will have a surcharge.
    Setup & Cleanup Time – Some locations require extra effort and hours of preparation.

    Examples of Additional Fees:

    Jelsa, Stari Grad, Hvar or Sućuraj area: +€50-100 (depending on exact distance)
    Remote beaches or hilltops requiring special transport (St.Nicholas top, for example): +€100-200
    Boat-access-only locations: Price upon request

    Pick up from / to location: +€30 - €50 per person
